The overall process from 1st interview to the offer letter was 3.5 months. They have 3 interviews. The gap of 1st to 2nd interview was 2.5 weeks. The gap of 2nd to 3rd interview was 1.5 months. During the interviews, I found that the interviewers were really nice and I enjoyed the process. Received verbal offer the day after the 3rd interview. 6 weeks later, I received an offer letter. Then offer got rescinded (verbally) around 1 month after I received the offer letter due to my visa (I need to start working within 5 weeks from the verbal offer), despite already telling them about the visa issue during the verbal offer and the recruiter assured me that it won't be an issue at that time.
