I submitted an online application, which involved the basic qualifications and then a few paragraphs on your motivations for applying to the programme. Next, I had to do some numerical and logical reasoning tests, and got a phone interview a few months afterwards by email. Around 2 or three weeks after that, I was invited to the assessment centre, where we had more interviews and a group exercise.

useless technical questions and people full of ego based on only what they know. company culture seems to be lot of politics and not merit based. don't be fooled by initial impression and the size.
