I submitted my application online and the next day I received a phone call interview. It helps to know people within the company to push your resume along the process. After the phone interview I was called back for a 2nd (10 people we called back) and after that a 3rd interview (3 people were called back). After the 3rd interview I was asked to take the MAPP Assessment and if they ask you to take that then you know they are serious.
