Interview was barely a interview. They email you to come for a group interview. They explain the job and ask you a little bit about you, at the end of the presentation everyone gets hired as long as you are on time and participate in the interview. You will go to orientation about 3 weeks later.

Everything was done online, there really was no interview, it was just filling out a lot of personal information, background check, back account info to deposit checks, availability to attend orientation to be assigned a position. This was a seasonal position however, not sure how a regular employee interview process would be like.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez UPS (Greensboro, NC)
Entretien
I worked at UPS a few years back. I applied and on my resume I put down what I was trying to accomplish in life and what I was studying at the time (PreMed). I still got the plant tour but never heard back. I applied again in 2 months and put down minimal information about my hopes and dreams and guess who got the job. Granted this was a entry level job for a college student, it still showed me that UPS appears to be hiring individuals with no other options. I could be completely wrong on that. The interview itself was not really much of an interview but a job expectation, what you will/can be doing on site.
