The whole interview process took more than 3 months. CV Screen, several round phone interviews. Focus on technical skills, personal experiences. It prefers international experience for this position. Understand UPS and company culture. Do more research.
Good experience, professional questions were asked. Apply online, screening, interview. It was a standard flow that met expectations and are clearly communicated. I was happy with the process overall. They were very nice, thank you.
Virtual; very personable and informative on the position, company, and interviewer. It lasted around 40 minutes and was given a timeline for moving forward at the end. Interviewer was enthusiastic and did a great job making interviewee feel welcomed.

First step was a phone interview. Then I had a virtual meeting for a manager interview. Last virtual meeting was a team interview with 2 other members who I would work closely with.
