My interview process was in a group setting, and I was asked to fill out some paperwork and I was hired to work for UPS the same day. It was a mass hiring for the seasonal positions within UPS.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,
