A paid 8hr day to give an idea of how to approach tasks on the job, it is mostly training and not so much an interview. There is a short 1 on 1 with the hiring manager but only basically for a background check.

They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
