They’ll contact you through email first inviting you to a tour on they day of the tour or a day after the tour they will meet with the tour individually for an interview WHICH they do plan to hire you all. There is just a couple things you gotta get past like actually showing up and they do a background check
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
