Got a call from a recruiter and asked if I am available to have a phone interview. Set up my availability and they gave me a call with 2 other managers listening and asking questions as well.

One round interview, mostly behavioral questions. Very smooth and conversational style interview-- nothing too difficult in terms of technical questions. Asked a lot about fit, experience, and school background. Overall positive experience.
