Virtual interview was easy and simple. The interview lasted about 5 to 15 minutes. They asked why I want to work for UPS. They told me what the hours would be. They told me that I would need to buy work books. They said that I would need to have stamina. They said to park & work at the UPS Smarthub to prepare to walk a mile to get to my work location to check in.

Are there any days or hours that I could not work?
There was no interview process. You're hired if there are spots available for the position. Once you fill out the application, you will receive an email. The process is quick and simple.
They put you in a room with other candidates, ask a couple questions, give you a tour of the building, show you where you’ll be working, you finish the app process there, then you’re hired.
