I first applied online, which was an easy process. After applying, you automatically get scheduled to go on a tour/presentation of the UPS facility. During the presentation, you are handed a laminated sheet telling you about the position and the perks (or lack thereof). Then you are told the physical aspects of the job, what is required of you, and what you get. The sorting line is then shown to you and you are led into a trailer to see what your job will consist of. After that, you are interviewed very briefly about your physical capabilities and assigned another interview for the next day. The next day's interview is virtually the same, but there is no tour.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
