First telephone interview with the hiring manager and then a face-to-face interview. The interview lasts about 30 minutes to 45 which they go over the requirements and expectations. They give you the opportunity to ask questions as well.

Initial HR phone interview went well. Next interview, in person with hiring manager (person I'd report to) didn't go so well. Met with what would've been my manager. He seemed bothered he was even there. Felt immediately I wouldn't get the job. By the end of the interview, I knew I wouldn't accept it if offered.
