It is very hard to get a job here and even if they are searching for someone less experienced they won't give him a job if someone even overqualified applies.

First I had a simple phone interview, then the technical test was scheduled. After more than two weeks, I got a response saying I didn't pass the test with a copy and paste text and nothing else, no feedback or explanation. I send an email asking for it, and it came back after a week.
