The interview was held by two HR and three employees - one at the same position, but senior and two at animation positions. The process was long and involved them talking about previous projects. Even though I had to complete a test and submit my previous work to them, they did not ask about my skills or why i solved the problem in that particular way. I was given a good-to-start information about what to expect on the job and what my responsibilities will be. The rest of the interview was, I repeat, them talking about their games and then I had them questioning me about my last job for a really long time, having in mind that my last job was at a different field and was a student job to get by. After that I was promised to get in contact within a week, I did not and I contacted them. I got an answer to wait another week and eventually after a month of waiting I got a declined offer.
