I was fortunate to get an interview right away as I knew someone that used to work there. The interview was set; it was a good thing I checked glass door before I went otherwise I would not have known I was going to have to take tests prior to the interview.
Two tests were given, and you only have 4min to complete each one.
I received an email basically saying I didn't advance to interview with the sales mgr.

Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Horrible Bosses, You're simply another number to cut off once they figure out they can save money by loading more work onto your coworker. Job security is not a thing you'd get here

You can't ask about the Job culture as that's "Not" work-related
Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
