interviewed twice over the phone for an analyst position then had an in person interview where they completely changed the job description to a training program where you would work in customer service and hopefully after a year if the position you were originally being interviewed for is open you could maybe transition. Total bait and switch situation. I thought they confused me with another candidate at first. The training program was never spoken about or mentioned in my prior interviews or advertised as such.
Smooth process and very clear in what is expected. Communication was timely and professional throughout. Each stage was well organized, with relevant questions and transparency about next steps, making the overall experience efficient, straightforward, and respectful of my time.
Multi-step and very thorough process across the board. Numerous assessments and rounds of interviews to ensure fit in the company culture, the team, the department, and for the role itself
Phone call with recruiter. In person interview with the team - 3 rounds with two people each time, this all happened in one visit. Was very conversational, no technical questions.
