Applied online, they called the next day to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was basically just explaining what the job would entail. After that they sent you 4 assessments to take before you come in for the in person interview. Once I got there I had to take two tests. They were really dumb. The interviewer was really nice but asked the oddest questions. It felt very in personable, I didn’t even know how to answer one question.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
