Not too bad. If you get to meet with the manager, you basically have the job. Be yourself. Be confident. They ask questions about past experiences and just want to get a feel for who you are and if you will do well in the position based off of your answers.

Take a numbers test then you speak with HR the questions are very basic and experience doesn’t matter I worked in customer service for 19 years I was told the candidates have to fit in with the “culture” honestly I don’t believe u would have fit in with their “culture” I had too many questions about negative reviews I read online

Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
