They held a massive job fair, in which their employees were interviewing all the candidates. I was not found of such orchestration. Everything was randomized. There was also two sets of skills test, that tested one’s speed and accuracy. I was able to complete half of the test with perfection.

Informal. Took a numbers assessment test then sat with a supervisor in the warehouse. There were five of us interviewed at the same time. No privacy during the actual interview.

More of a job fair type interview. Filled out two 4 minute number/math tests and then waited for the one on one interview. The interviewer asked very basic questions. They told me they would contact me within 2 weeks but I received an email within 1 week.
