Received call from HR to schedule an interview at corporate and was advised that they would be sending 4 assessment tests and application paperwork to be completed before the interview. 2 personality tests, 1 writing test and 1 selling skills test. The application required a release for them to investigate you - not something you usually complete until you get further along in the interview process. Interviewer was nice - but not from the department the job was located in and did not know about the job. It seemed more like a short how will you fit in interview. I as told they would contact me in 4 to 5 days and they did not - so I called them and did not receive a return call. The job was re-posted on the interned - so I guess that's the end.
I way the interview was difficult because of the initial assessments and aplication depth.

I had a phone interview and then was asked to conduct one in-person. Throughout the process, I took a multitude of tests that seemed quite outdated. After the interview, I was told I'd hear back within two weeks, which did not happen. I was not impressed by their hiring process and would not recommend it to others. The company policies seem quite outdated and unwilling to change.

During the interview, I confidently articulated my skills, aligning them with the company's vision. The panel's engaging questions allowed a meaningful exchange, fostering an optimistic anticipation for potential collaboration. I did well in the interview but did not get an offer.

Very time consuming process. Before meeting or speaking with anyone must take online personality tests and do a writing exercise. Upon arrival for in-person interview, more tests. This time numbers (logic). The dress code is very sexist. Women must wear a blazer if wearing slacks and must wear nylons with dresses during certain times of the year. Women cannot wear maxi dresses or maxi skirts! Men do not have to wear blazers!!! Cannot have any type of open back shoes (most of my dress shoes are fancy clogs that have open backs).

HR screening interview in-person: Where to do you see yourself in 5 yrs? Really? Asked what type of money I was looking for. When I said didn't have enough information yet to answer the question, asked what I made at last job. Not very friendly interview.
