I applied on line through the career section of the website and received immediately the invitation to conduct a psycometrics test. In the test you can find some games to measure your speed in thinking, your attention for details, etc. I took it within few days and they told me that i did not reach the required score.

The first process starts with you playing different sorts of games online that helps them to get an idea of your character. Some of these games are frustrating, but mainly straightforward.

There is a balloon game that tests if you are risk taker. There is also a memory game where you need to remember the shapes/numbers as you go.

Good, some situational questions, some motivational questions. Research why marketing and what brand sectors the company works in. About 5 video questions, none of which were too challenging. This was a video interview which is the first stage of the process.
