I applied online and then was asked to do a series of online personality testing games. In my opinion these games are quite silly. The next stage was an interview with pre-recorded questions, I did not continue past this stage for personal reasons. But the questions seemed reasonable based on the job.

It is a digital interview with 4 pre-recorded interview questions. Given few minutes to prepare, it starts to film the answers. I had the chance to re-record twice for each question.
