The first stage is a psychometric test using Pymetrics. Having passed that, you will be asked to complete a video interview recorded on your mobile device or PC via HireVue.
For Malaysia-based applicants, the interview can last up to 30 minutes. The questions are pre-recorded and based on case studies. There are three smaller case studies and one large case study to answer. The shorter case studies allow 1 minute for preparation, and 3 minutes to record the answer. The longer case study allows 10 minutes of preparation, and 5 minutes of answer. The last case study is always the longest. You may get a PDF file which you will extract financial data and crunch some numbers based on the question given.

I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
CV => Screening test => Digital interview (Digital assessment center followed by interview) => Offline assessment center => Final interview
