The interview process was difficult and pressuring. The first challenge question stunned me, my mind blanked but I still had to push through, you know? Can't stop now in the middle of the process. However, I think I did great in the next questions.
I'm actually still waiting for the email results. But I'm hoping to get it.

There were four questions in total. The first three were purely situational questions and the last one was a case study.

After the assessment, the next step is the interview process, which is a pre-recorded video interview, and you are given 10 minutes to prepare your answer to the situational question under 5 minutes

Which Unilever Planet and Society commitment are you most passionate about and why?
I think if I prepared more, I would do well with the interview. Still, the questions were tough, and the time limit added to the pressure of ensuring that all questions (including the sub-questions) would be answered. It was still a good experience on my end, but a not-so-good experience in my internship-searching self.

Entretien
online application, assessment test, video/audio type interview and face to face interview. The interview process is partially based as an e-Recruitment interview, which focuses more on a technology form than face to face situation.
