Application form uploaded, phone interview then a 1.5 hour teams call. Phone interview was basic competency and then the video call was more in depth CV questions. Had to wait 8 days before I was told if I was successful or not as they couldn't decide between candidates.

Around 5/6 Qs - all behavioural,
Psychometric one was easy, digital interview gives you 100 seconds for response and 110 countdown until recording so plenty of time to prepare and respond thoughtfully.

Challenging. Case study to develop a market entry strategy for Vasaline lip balm for both above the line and below the line. Interviewed at head office first and ran through cv and then interviewed a second time for the case study presentation.
