The company really seemed nice in the beginning. I had a phone interview which looking back was my best experience during the process. About a week later got word I was moving on to the final round. While there they treated us to dinner and conversation and the next day we interviewed. I had three interviews and a case that the candidates worked on (There were 5 of us.). Didn't get selected which is fine but I really detested their unprofessional treatment post-interview. At the end of the day I had asked in a group setting if it was possible to get feedback if we were not selected. The VP of HR said sure if we email her after we get the decision she will round up the responses from the interviewers. Still haven't got it. Then on the day we were suppose to hear I called in the afternoon. The HR guy who had been so nice during the process answered the phone and thought I was someone else. Than I asked about my status he got defensive and curt and said he didn't have one. Which was a lie because I had heard from the candidate who got the offer. Three hours later I got the rejection email They didn't even have the decency of calling and saying we are not selecting you. Just sent some some impersonal email from Deloitte with one person introducing themselves and another name signing the email. Priceless. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

The process was a 30-45 minute phone call followed by a 3 hour interview process. The in person was 3 hours and 2 1:1 interviews and 1 part case study. Provided a situation, you need to work through it and present/discuss with the interviewer.
