J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unilever (Rotterdam) en mai 2022
Entretien
The two game-based assessments are quite easy and quick. I didn't get past the online interview stage. But I would recommend just doing your research on the company, its sustainable initiatives, and the basic marketing strategies, like 4Ps, market segmentation, key KPIs, etc.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The online interview had 4 questions. First one about one of the Unilever Planet and Society commitments and how they relate to you. Second one give a scenario, where you had to explain how you would organise yourself under pressure. Third question was again a scenario about a new regulation where you had to either do animal testing or implement a hazardous label for a product. Then you had to analyse the situation and propose some strategies on how to solve this. The fourth was a case study about Ice Cream sales in India. So you had to propose some solutions to grow sales & strategy implementing digital technologies.
It was smooth, the questions were about your past experiences and desire for the role. You need 30 minutes. Make sure that you trained yourself. They give you just 2 minutes to prepare your answer
