After filling out an online application I was invited to a telephone interview which lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer was really friendly and it mainly involved talking about situations where I had shown certain skills and showing any knowledge about unilever.

After submitting my application, I was invited to Level 2 which was a behavioral assessment where you played a bunch of games to determine your thought processes and problem-solving skills, and how it matched with the company. Then Level 3 was a digital interview that you get a chance to practice before submitting. As part of the video interview you will be allocated to a function-specific project and asked to talk about what you would do in certain situations which could arise on a typical day working at Unilever.
