I innitiated with anHR recruiter who canalised me with Unilever Mexico for a panel between all acandidates where we were supposed to annalyze and solve a deman planning case and propose the board a solution for the same.
Afterwards I had another interview and where leadeship competences where ecvaluated and one week later i recieved a proposal.

quite hard, many step, intv, fgd, study case aligned with chosen role, the end is user intv, usually only 2 candidates left, but the whole process took time quite a bit fast

Phone Interview to gauge experience and work history as well as give more information on the role then once shortlisted progresses to face to face interview with behavioural and situational questions.
It was a good experience. The process went smoothly. I was contacted right after the process was completed. I was satisfied with the overall process. I reccomend people to apply to this position and company.
