Took a month from the moment I applied to get interviewed. There was a virtual AI interview and once I completed that I recieved and email to set up an interview with the hiring team at the Lewin group which is under United and Optum. The man interviewing me seemed annoyed or bothered by me during the interview. They seemed to want someone with something other than what the job posting said and asked specific questions pertaining to what they preferred (i.e., Python, never asked about any of the other programs that are listed under the preferred this on the application. The interviewer once again seemed annoyed that I didn't use Python and kind of kept poking at it to get me to respond in different ways. I'm not sure why he didn't just move on; he seemed to be amused. This position seems more entry-level but it did not seem as though that is what they were looking for.
