J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez University College London (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2023
Entretien
I interviewed for an admin role, most questions were focused around my previous experience (no generic Why do you want to work here or where do you see yourself in 5years etc), very hands on. I didn’t have to prepare any presentation or do a test. The questions were diverse enough and I think the questionnaire designed; If you read the job description, you would anticipate most of them, so that was good. There were 3 people on the panel, one of them was clearly doing some thing else on his laptop throughout the interview (rude but ok). But generally they were quite friendly, so I was fairly relaxed. They explained how they operate, daily tasks etc I was told that I’ll be hearing back from them the next week. However, never heard back and won’t be chasing - even if I get a feedback it’s likely going to be a generic “we felt like other candidate had more experience/was a better fit for the role”. Although obviously it would be far more professional and simply polite to at least send an “Unfortunately we will not be making you an offer email”.

Po It was a positive experience, consistent communication, clear expectations, only one interview, prompt follow-up, all questions were relevant and the onboarding process was smooth. Overall good feedback. Nothing negative to add.
