The worst ever hiring process I attended in my life.. They have a weekend drive from Friday - Sunday but they cheat the candidates by saying its a shortlisted interview. I got my confirmed timing slot for a Saturday 9 30am but my interview happened at 4 30pm. The HR Group are bunch of lazy people.. And even the panels.. They don't seem to even to listen to what your saying. Never ever want to visit this place again

It was easy and smooth but it took so long unfortunately but the the exam was easy and the first technical exam was easy and the second technical interview was kinda easy abd the hr was normal bit not the best hr out there unfortunately

Entretien
The process itself is good, but the HR interview and decision is very bad. Here I am talking about Valeo Egypt.
Can you tell me what the need for Father's and Mother's jobs at the application? Should their jobs define my work experience or something like that?
Also, I've been asked about their job in the interview.
I think I was rejected two times for this answer.Should I cheat them to pass the interview like the people do?
I won't apply such a company again and many of friends took the same decision unless this policy change.
