Standard phone screen, then a video conference. There were lots of people interviewing on the same day for the video conference so there was an introduction to Vanguard for all of us in the morning.

Had initial screening and didn’t move forward with process. Was over the phone with recruiter just getting to know you and go over your background to see if you fit in with the team.

First step was to submit CV and cover letter via online portal. Next, HR sets up a call to ask basic screening questions. Questions include behavioural questions, work visa situation. Then interview with manager.
