HR phone interview was pretty straight forward. Know a recent happening in the industry, what's a stock, bond, eft. What do you know about Vanguard and what makes them different. In person interview is lengthy and thorough. Behavioral questions. Give a time when: Complex problem to resolve, most successful sales experience, made a decision without all info, difficult time with peer or colleague, unhappy customer, you got coaching or feedback and helped a customer define their needs v wants. Be familiar with the 5 divisions in this department too. Finally business dress is a must so get suited up!

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
