Applied through a recruiter on 6/9 had an initial phone interview the next day and was scheduled for 2nd phone interview. During the 2nd interview I was informed that they want me to proceed with next step which is applying through Vanguard’s website and exam. Was also informed of the timeline or when the possible start date. Got an offer on 6/27

Over the phone for first round. Very friendly and felt more like a conversation at first, then came a few behavioral questions using the STAR method. Know the company and what sets them apart from others.
