it was a 30 mins conversation, the person interviewing me was cool and laid back. Ask about current events, define those terms, and a few STAR formats question. Haven't heard back from them at all, the recruiter told me the earliest for the second interview wont be until May so I don't think I got the offer for the second interview.

My experience interviewing for this position was great because I was able to connect well with my interviewer, which made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging. The interview mainly focused on behavioral questions, such as being asked to walk through a stressful situation I had experienced and explain how I managed it. I was also asked questions about my knowledge of the company, including its values, mission, and what interested me about the role. Overall, the interview felt like a meaningful conversation that allowed me to share both my experiences and my understanding of the organization.
