3 Interviews over a 3 month time frame. 1.) Phone interview with 2 other WWT IT employees - easy, laid back interview 2.) Initial HR discussion and a panel type interview with a variety of IT roles. This interview was very conversational in nature. 3.) Panel type interview with a different group of IT roles/people. Another very conversational interview. I found the interview process to be fun. I enjoyed getting to know my potential coworkers and hearing the variety of questions that came from the different IT roles involved. Developers had different questions than a manager who had different questions than another analyst or the PM.
