I applied online and got a response within few days asking to come into the office for an interview. Before coming on-site, I had a skype call with Sr. Design Manager. In the on-site interview, they will ask about your previous experiences and projects and draw out questions from there relating to hardware or software. They do not necessarily have a bunch of technical questions for you so make sure you can defend every skill and project on your resume. You basically don't have to get it completely right but they want to see your thinking process, so think aloud. I was interviewed with 4 senior engineers/designers in the room and was made to write out my thinking process on a whiteboard. In preparing for the interview, I did not get much help on Glassdoor (especially in the Canada region) so I decided to create one to help others. Hope it does.
