It is best if you know a Xilinx employee and get a referral. I was referred by a friend and was scheduled for the first interview within the week after submitting my resume. The first interview was with the supervisor and the hiring manager and the final interview was with the VP for Operations. Also, candidates have to take a test. (20mins)
