I have seen this position open for months, and I decided to apply directly on their website but didn't hear back from them. I contacted a recruiter about the status of my application, and then I received a phone screen interview with the recruiter. Within a week, I received an interview with two team leads. I waited for one week, and the recruiter didn't reply on the decision or the following process, so I had to contact the recruiter. It would be nice to at least let applicants know they are not moving forward with the interview process with a simple email.

Entretien
Three rounds and one assessment. Had two interviews, did an assessment, then a follow-up interview after that, where they gave their feedback. The interview consisted of different formats such as rating your skill-level on certain software. The assessment was an exercise looking through one of their RentCafe websites and identifying the errors within it

The interview is tough but a straightforward interview process. You will probably interview with the director, manager and team lead. The offer timeline can vary depending on the person. My hiring process was very fast, but I've heard it took awhile for others.
