Responsive. Good Interview. Very easy to talk to. Scheduling took a longer time since team was busy however it worked out and i had a good experience. Would interveiw again

I had reached out to a certain Sales leader (MF) in the BDR team for an informal conversation as I have friend who works for the company which resulted in me getting a more formal interview over zoom the following week. During the discovery call he then proceeded to grill me over the phone and came across as arrogant and condescending even though he has very little management experience, after the call he had spoken with my friend over slack and was belittling me over slack saying he was not impressed with my answers and was going to grill me over the video meeting. This is what is wrong with big organizations promoting the wrong leaders, creating a toxic culture with no actual team leader experience. Speaking with such individual has put me off of the company and ultimately declining to be interviewed by him further. I have also heard a similar experience from another mutual who went through a process with him. This man needs to be tamed
