I was contacted by a recruiter to complete an open-ended UI challenge since this role was more frontend oriented. I completed the challenge, received positive feedback and was later contacted to setup a phone screening and a technical screening. The technical screening used Hackerrack where I was asked to complete a few JavaScript questions and answer some CSS/HTML questions. Lastly, I was invited onsite where I had 4-5 interviews. The first was a simple UI test where you code a mockup with two frontend developers. The following interviews were to assess fit with the team. I just graduated college but any developer with 1-2 years of frontend experience should have no problem. One thing to note about the culture as we are all aware of. They did have a swatiska scratched on one of the room tags for my interview, not the best first impression.
