I was contacted by a Recruiter to see if I would be interested in opportunities. I did some background research on the company and decided to respond.
Step 1- 30 minute phone screen with the Recruiter
It was all pretty standard questions; background, salary and motivators. From that call, she let me know she wanted to set me up to meet the team.
Step 2 - Onsite Interview to meet with the Manager and Team
It was a mixture of behavioral interviews and culture fit. The team was pretty transparent about the growth and the opportunities.
Step 3 - Offer
The Manager for the role gave me a call and offered me the position.
The whole process was very straight-forward and it was less than 2 weeks from when I received the email to when I had the offer. They know what they are looking for.
From an experience perspective, I really valued the transparency and the urgency of the team. They were super nice when I came in and even offered me snacks! From a culture perspective, they are looking for people that want to work hard and improve processes.
