morning : they give you a name tag, get your height. After we go upstairs and start 3 different group exercises:
they are mostly about how you figure out an issue by yourself and in group don't be bossy and listen the others and you will be good.
midday: after the break they told whether you can stay or not

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Entretien
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
