Entretien
Online test including a personality test and decision making followed by groupe excersise and video interview. I found the group excersise tough as it was all done via a video call using Microsoft teams. We had to stop 10/15mins into the process to allow a late comer and people where talking over each other. I found this part very unprofessional.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Entretien
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
