This World Mental Health Day, we’re taking time to recognize that mental health is essential to both personal and professional wellbeing. At GE HealthCare, support for mental health is more than a message, it shows up in how we work and care for each other. Through Colleague Resource Groups, development opportunities, flexible work options and Total Rewards benefits, we strive to create an environment where everyone feels supported and able to thrive. As Kathryn Foskett, Head of Partnership and Solutions in Northern Europe, shared (link to Instagram post): “Having good mental well-being doesn’t mean that I will not face mental health challenges, but I can be better equipped to deal with them.” Today is a good moment to check in with yourself and with those around you. When our colleagues feel their best, we’re one step closer to creating a world where healthcare has no limits. 🔗 Learn more about our commitment to colleague well-being on our website.

Last month, GE HealthCare attended the National Sales Network’s 2025 Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV! It was an exciting three days at one of the U.S’s largest career and networking events, with a focus on engaging top-tier talent across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development departments. We had the pleasure of connecting with hundreds of promising candidates, with the GE HealthCare team leading impactful sessions and serving as both panelists and moderators in discussions centered on skill development and career advancement. It was also a full-circle moment as our Commercial Leadership Program alumni, whom we first met and hired at past NSN events, returned this year to win awards and share their journeys as brand ambassadors. As we continue to expand our pipeline of skilled sales professionals, our participation in NSN 2025 underscores our broader mission: to make advances in healthcare technology while investing in the next generation of leaders. Here’s to a world where healthcare has no limits! 💜

Every year, GE HealthCare proudly welcomes participants from The Health Management Academy’s Fellowship program for a 3-day leadership development summit. Held at the Healthcare Institute, the event brings together rising hospital leaders across functions, to explore tools and frameworks vital to driving change in healthcare. As preparations for this year's summit on November 11th begin, we're taking a moment to reflect on key highlights from last year's event. Attendees were captivated by Football Hall of Famer LeRoy Butler, who shared his inspiring journey of perseverance - overcoming a physical disability to achieve a storied NFL career. In a candid fireside chat, Catherine Estrampes, President & CEO of GE HealthCare USCAN, offered valuable perspectives on leading a global organization, sharing her philosophy to building strong teams and fostering a high-performing culture. Participants also engaged in dynamic, high-impact coaching sessions where they tackled self-imposed barriers and strengthened their ability to lead with greater clarity and empathy. With the next decade of healthcare being shaped right now, GE HealthCare is committed to supporting leaders as they prepare to make decisions that will shape generations to come - and to turn those decisions into meaningful action.
