Great company, one of the best French company. Good conditions, empowerment, good salary
Inconvénients
The strategy of the company is not clear despite the good results. It takes months for the reaorganization to be decided and shared with the employees leading to a bad athmosphere. Also mobility is really an issue for talents who are therefore leaving the company
