Avantages
Best people, I know very knowledgeable professionals. Great friends, my colleages are still my friends, the group that was formed has been really valuable to me. Lots of training, since once a year you get to go to St Charles for training.
Inconvénients
Bad salary, compared to other consultancy firms. As an analyst salary might be ok, but in the levels of Consultant and Manager, the salaries are very much below other firms, considering the amount of work that you put into it. Bad trip allowances, too much burocracy regarding expenses when working abroad, it should be made more attractive for someoune who works away from his home.
