The possibility of getting to know influential clientelle,promotion opportunity abroad, good foundation of best practice methods of LV overall, good training materials.

Inconvénients

One day lack of work or alternative tasks,next day negatively tensed overwhelmed atmoshpere,depending on the morning mood of the superiors.Highly unprofessional relationship atmosphere.One -sided accountabilityh. I have been frankly told by the manager that " the effort is not enough",emphasizing the level of sucking-up politics.Very bad information flow.Created visibility of teamwork, but in reality back-stabbing self-interested politics.Has very high rotation level of sales associates due to unbearable politics and low level of visibility for regional managers to fix it.
