* HR is lousy.Don't expect anything from them after you join. * Team managers are heartless and incompetent. They don't care about your personal problems. Also they don't think before committing a deadline and after committing they just tell you to deliver without asking or caring about the complexities involved. * Reward & recognition program is non existent except in 2-3 teams. * Gurgaon office does not have even the basic facilities like a decent coffee machine. * No work from home. * Improper seating arrangement. They will make 2 persons sit in a space meant for 1 person and then ask the third one to adjust between those 2. * Some employees are here for more than 10 years and they behave like they are the owners. They don't work much and exploit younger ones. This is the reason why there are only 2 major categories. Those who are in company for <1-2 years and those who are >7 years.
